# How to export bugs from jira to excel

> To export bugs to excel in Jira, go to Filters, select View all issues, filter by Project and Bug issue type, click Export issues on the top right, select Export Excel CSV, view the List View, and open the downloaded file to edit.

## Steps

1. Go to Filters at the top and select View all issues .
2. Filter by Project .
3. You can click on Type and change the issue types to Bugs . So you can filter only Bugs .
4. You will find Export issues on the top right of the page.
5. Select Export Excel CSV (all fields)
6. You will see the List View of your filtered issues.
7. You can open your downloaded file and edit as required.
