# How to Export Collections in Postman

> To export collections in Postman, go to the left-side panel, click Collections, and select View More Actions for your chosen collection. Next, select Export, choose your preferred collection format, and tap Export to save the collection to your local storage.

## Steps

1. On Postman's main workspace, go to the left-side panel and click 'Collections'.
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the collection you want to export, then click the 'View More Actions' button next to it.
3. After that, select 'Export' from the list of options.
4. Pick your preferred collection format.
5. Once done, tap 'Export' to save the selected collection to your local storage.
