# Google Analytics - Export data

> To export data in Google Analytics, navigate to Reports and select your desired traffic, engagement, or user report. Next, choose your date range and apply it. Finally, click the share icon, select the download option, choose your preferred format like PDF, CSV, or Excel, and download the report.

## Steps

1. Go to Reports
2. Select the Report you want - Traffic, Enagagement, Users etc
3. Select the date range
4. Hit Apply
5. Click on the Share sign
6. Select the Download option
7. Choose the format ( PDF, CSV, Excel , etc.) for the export. and download your report
