# How to export notion

> To export your workspace content in Notion, navigate to Settings and members from the sidebar menu, open Workspace settings, and select Export all workspace content. Choose your preferred format from the dropdown, click Export to begin, and download the files from your browser or the email link.

## Steps

1. Go to the Settings and members section of your sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Settings section under Workspace .
3. Scroll down to Export content and select E xport all workspace content .
4. Click on the Export format dropdown to view options.
5. Select PDF or another option and click on Export to begin exporting.
6. Your Workspace will be exported and downloaded. You will also receive an email with a link to download your files.
