# Salesforce - Export reports to excel

> To export reports in Salesforce, navigate to Reports in the top menu, select your target report, click the down arrow next to the Edit button, and choose Export. Ensure the format is set to .xlsx file, then click Export to complete the process.

## Steps

1. Navigate to Reports in the menu bar on the top.
2. Select the report you want to export.
3. Click on the down arrow sign next to the Edit button on the top right.
4. Select Export from the dropdown.
5. Make sure the export format is selected as .xlsx file.
6. And finally, hit Export.
