# How to find jira user id

## Steps

1. Head over to the settings icon (Gear icon) on the top right.
2. Select User Management from the dropdown.
3. Select the user whose ID you need.
4. The User ID is found in the address bar of your browser. It's the alphanumeric string after "users/"
