# How to Integrate Asana with Airtable

> To integrate Asana, click 'Create' on the left-side panel, choose 'Zaps', and select 'Trigger'. Search and select 'Airtable', choose a trigger event, sign in, specify the workspace, grant access, set up the trigger, and test. Then, click 'Action', select 'Asana', choose an action trigger, sign in, set up the action, and test to publish.

## Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.
2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
3. After that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
4. Search for 'Airtable' and then select it from the search results.
5. Click on the drop-down menu afterwards and choose your desired 'Trigger Event'.
6. Tap 'Sign In' and then provide your Airtable user credentials to proceed.
7. Next, specify the workspace you want to use and then click 'Grant Access'
8. Set up the trigger by providing all the necessary information.
9. Once done, tap 'Test' to check the accuracy and validity of the provided data.
10. Click 'Action' afterwards to continue.
11. Find and select 'Asana' as the Action App.
12. Select your preferred "Action Trigger' from the list of available options.
13. Right after, tap 'Sign In' and then provide your Asana user information to proceed.
14. Set up the action by filling in the provided inputs fields with the required information.
15. Once done, tap 'Test' to finally authorize and publish the integration.
16. After completing these steps, your Asana account will be integrated instantly with Airtable.
