# How to Integrate Calendly with Zapier

> To connect Calendly and Zapier, select Integrations and apps from your dashboard, click Zapier, and copy your API key. Then, go to Zapier, create a Zap using Calendly as the trigger app, sign in to your Calendly account, and paste your API key to complete the integration.

## Steps

1. Select "Integrations & apps" from the dashboard on the left side of the window.
2. Look for "Zapier" in the list of available integrations and click on it.
3. Click “Connect Zapier.”
4. Select "Copy to clipboard."
5. Go to Zapier and create a "Zap."
6. Choose "Calendly" as the trigger app.
7. Select a trigger event.
8. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Calendly account.
9. Paste your API Key, then click "Yes, Continue."
10. Click "Continue."
