# How to Integrate Intercom with Productboard

> To connect Intercom with Productboard, go to the Settings icon on the left-side panel, choose Integrations under Miscellaneous, select Intercom, and tap Add Integration. Then, click Authorize, log in to your Intercom account, and click Authorize Access to grant the necessary permissions.

## Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel and click the 'Settings' icon.
2. Choose 'Integrations' under Miscellaneous.
