# How to Integrate Intercom with Slack

> To integrate Slack, go to Settings, choose Integrations, tap App Store, search and select Slack, and click Install Now. Then, log into your active Slack account, click Authorize Access, and select Allow to complete the integration process.

## Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.
3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.
4. Search for 'Slack' and then select it from the suggested results.
5. After that, click 'Install Now' and then log into your active Slack account.
6. Click 'Authorize Access'.
7. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to continue.
8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Slack.
