# How to Integrate the SMS Feature in Intercom

> To integrate the SMS feature in Intercom, navigate to Settings in the left-side panel, select Channels, and click SMS. Next, go to the 2-Way SMS tab and click Turn This Feature On to enable SMS in your workspace and configure your preferred settings.

## Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Settings'.
2. Select 'Channels' from the list of options.
3. Subsequently, click 'SMS' to proceed.
4. Under the 2-Way SMS tab, click 'Turn This Feature On'.
