# How to Integrate Webflow with Zendesk

## Steps

1. Head over to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.
2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
3. After that, tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
4. Search for 'Webflow' and then select it as the Trigger app.
5. Subsequently, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your Webflow account.
7. Choose the specific Webflow workspace you want to use, then click 'Authorize App'.
8. After that, provide all the information needed to set up the Trigger.
9. Once done, click 'Test' to run the Trigger based on your inputs.
10. Tap 'Continue With Selected Record' to proceed.
11. Find and click 'Zendesk' from the list of available integration apps.
12. Next, click the drop-down menu and choose your preferred Action event.
13. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.
14. Provide the required information associated with your Zendesk account and then click 'Yes, Continue to Zendesk'.
15. Fill out the provided input fields with the necessary details to set up the Action.
16. Finally, click 'Test' to publish and activate the integration.
