# How to Keep Top Row Visible Microsoft Excel

> To keep the top row visible in Microsoft Excel, click any cell below the top row, go to the View tab in the ribbon, open Freeze Panes in the Window group, and select Freeze Top Row so the row remains visible as you scroll.
