# Slack - Leave a Slack Workspace

> To exit a Slack workspace, click your profile picture, select Profile, open the three dots menu, and choose Account settings. Next, select the Settings tab, scroll down to deactivate your account, enter your password, and click Confirm Password.

## Steps

1. Click on your profile picture on the leftmost sidebar.
2. Select Profile from the list of options.
3. In the profile view, click on the three dots button.
4. Click on Account settings .
5. Select the Settings tab and scroll down.
6. Select Deactivate your account .
7. Enter your password and hit the Confirm Password button.
