# How to Leave a Team in Postman

> To leave a team in Postman, click your Avatar icon on the main dashboard, select Settings, and tap Teams. Find your team, click Leave Team, choose your personal workspace preference, and tap Leave Team again to confirm your request.

## Steps

1. On Postman's main dashboard, go to the top-right corner and click your 'Avatar' icon.
2. Select 'Settings' from the list of options.
3. After that, tap 'Teams' to proceed.
4. Find the team you wish to leave. Subsequently, click the 'Leave Team' button next to it.
5. Specify your preferred course of action with regard to your personal workspace. Choose one from the given options.
