# How to Make Someone Else a Host on Zoom

> To make someone else a host in a Zoom meeting, click Participants in the menu bar, find the participant and click More next to their name, select Make Host, and tap Yes to confirm your request, naming the selected participant as the new host.

## Steps

1. Inside the Zoom meeting, go to the menu bar and click 'Participants'.
2. After that, find the name of the participant you want to make the new host and click the 'More' button next to it.
3. Select 'Make Host' from the list of options.
4. Tap 'Yes' afterwards to confirm your request.
5. After completing these steps, the selected participant will be named as the new host of the Zoom meeting.
