# HubSpot - How to merge companies

> To merge companies in HubSpot, click Contacts and select Companies. Preview the company you want to merge, click Actions, and select Merge. Choose the secondary company from the dropdown and hit Merge to combine both records.

## Steps

1. Click on Contacts
2. Select Companies to reveal the list
3. Click to preview the company you want to merge.
4. Click on Actions
5. Find Merge in the dropdown
6. Find the secondary company you want to merge in the dropdown
7. Hit Merge to merge the records
8. Both the companies records are now merged.
