# How to Pause Scheduled Posts in Buffer

> To pause scheduled posts in Buffer, select a channel on the left side of the menu, click Settings, and go to General. Then, toggle Pause Queue to temporarily stop scheduled posts, and click Pause Queue again to temporarily stop posts without deleting them.
