1. Go to Setup in the top right corner.

2. In the Quick Find box, type "Mass Delete Records” and select it.

3. Select the type of record you want to delete (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Opportunities).

4. You can Find Records you want to delete based on criteria if you want.

5. Salesforce will give you more options based on the records you want to delete.

6. Click Delete to remove the selected records permanently. Hit Delete.
