# HubSpot - Personalise Emails

> To personalize emails in HubSpot, navigate to Marketing and select Email, open your draft, and click where you want personalization. Click Personalize, pick your token type and property, then preview your email by using the Preview and send button, clicking Preview, and choosing a contact.

## Steps

1. Navigate to Marketing in the left pane and select Email. ‍
2. Open your draft email.
3. Click where you want personalization
4. Click on the Personalize button
5. Pick Tokens: Choose the type (Contact/Company) and property (name, industry, etc.) Examples: "Hi [Contact First Name]," "[Company Industry] solutions..."
6. Preview personalization using the Preview and send button.
7. Hit the Preview button.
8. Click on Choose contact and select a contact from your list.
9. You can view how your email looks with the personalization.
