# How To Post On All Social Media Pages Using Sprout Social

> To post across multiple pages using Sprout Social, open the composition area and type your content. Next, use the profile picker dropdown to select your desired profiles, choose a workflow, and apply labels. Finally, save the post and view your queued content in the Publishing calendar.

## Steps

1. Locate Compose from the top right corner.
2. Type your post content in the composition area.
3. Click here to see the profile picker dropdown.
4. Select all the profiles you want to post your content to.
5. Scroll down and select a workflow if you have one for this post.
6. Apply labels.
7. Hit Save .
8. Now, head over to Publishing > Calender .
9. You can see all your platforms that you queued your content to.
