# How to Print Power BI Report to PDF

> To print a report to PDF in Power BI, open the report in Power BI Desktop, click the File menu, select Export, and click Export to PDF. Once Power BI generates the PDF with all report pages, click the Print icon.

## Steps

1. Open your report in Power BI Desktop.
2. Click the 'File' menu at the top-left of the screen.
3. Select 'Export'.
4. Click 'Export to PDF'.
5. Power BI will generate a PDF with all report pages.
