# How to Print Power BI Report

> To print your report in Power BI, open it in Power BI Desktop, click the File menu, and select Export. Next, click Export to PDF. Once the file is exported, open the PDF and click the print icon to print it from there.

## Steps

1. Open your report in Power BI Desktop.
2. Click the 'File' menu at the top-left of the screen.
3. Select 'Export'.
4. Click 'Export to PDF'.
5. Once exported, open the PDF and click the 'print' icon to print it from there.
