## Steps

1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.
2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.
3. Search and select 'Paperform' as your trigger app.
4. Select a trigger event.
5. Connect your Paperform account.
6. Select a form and click 'Continue'.
7. Click 'Test trigger'.
8. Search and select 'Notion' as the action app.
