# How to Put Power BI Dashboard in PowerPoint

> To embed a dashboard in PowerPoint, open your presentation, navigate to the Insert tab, add the Microsoft Power BI add-in, and copy your dashboard link from the Share menu. Finally, paste the URL into the add-in panel in PowerPoint and click Insert to embed your interactive report.

## Steps

1. Open PowerPoint and navigate to the presentation where you want to add your Power BI report.
2. Navigate to the 'Insert' tab, then click on 'Add-ins' in the ribbon.
3. Type 'Microsoft Power BI' in the search bar and press Enter.
4. Select 'Microsoft Power BI' from the results and click 'Add'.
5. Open your dashboard and click 'Share'.
6. Click the three-dot menu.
7. Select 'Copy dashboard link'.
8. Copy the link of your dashboard by clicking 'Copy'.
9. Back in PowerPoint, paste the copied Power BI URL into the field provided in the add-in panel.
10. Click 'Insert' and your interactive Power BI dashboard will be embedded in your slide, ready to dazzle your audience.
