# How to Refresh the Streams in Hootsuite

> To refresh your streams in Hootsuite, go to the top of the Stream dashboard and click the Manual Refresh button. Alternatively, click the Change Refresh Interval button next to manual refresh, and then choose your preferred frequency from the available choices.

1. Inside Hootsuite's Stream dashboard, go to the top section and click the 'Manual Refresh' button.
2. Alternatively, you may set up the stream's automatic refresh. To do that, click the 'Change Refresh Interval' button next to manual refresh.
