# How to Remove Powered by Wordpress

## Steps

1. Navigate to your Dashboard and go to Appearance , then click Editor.
2. Under the Design tab, select Patterns.
3. Go to Footer, then click on it .
4. Click on Powered by Wordpress text then delete it.
5. It should look like this.
6. Finalize your changes and click Save.
