# How to Remove User from Confluence Space

> To remove a user in Confluence, open Space Settings in the sidebar, view the Users panel, and click Edit. Next, uncheck the box beside the user’s name to remove their access. Finally, apply your permission changes by clicking Save.

## Steps

1. Go to Space Settings in the sidebar.
