# How to Save Emails to Dropbox

## Steps

1. In Gmail, Outlook, or any email provider, open the email you want to save.
2. Click the three dots (⋯) then click Print and select Save as PDF .
3. Go to Dropbox and Drag or drop the PDF file into your Dropbox folder (via the web, desktop app, or mobile app).
