# How to Stop Asana Email Notifications

> To stop email notifications in Asana, click your profile photo in the top bar, select Settings, and navigate to the Notifications tab. Next, select Email notifications and uncheck the desired boxes to silence alerts for your chosen email.

## Steps

1. Click your profile photo in the top bar.
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. Navigate to the 'Notifications' tab.
4. Select 'Email notifications'.
