# How to Transcribe Zoom Meetings

> To transcribe Zoom meetings, create or join a meeting, open the Apps menu, and select Notetaker AI from My Apps. Notetaker AI will capture and analyze discussions, allowing you to view live transcriptions directly in the app section while the meeting is in progress.

## Steps

1. On Zoom's homepage, create or join a new meeting.
2. After that, go to the menu bar and tap 'Apps'.
3. Select 'Notetaker AI' from the list of options under My Apps.
4. Notetaker AI will start capturing and analyzing the ongoing discussions.
5. Simultaneously, the transcriptions generated by Notetaker AI will begin to appear in this section. You can check them here while the meeting is in progress.
