# Google Analytics - Transfer ownership

> To transfer ownership in Google Analytics, click Admin, go to Account access management, and add the new user with Administrator rights. Next, delete the previous user by clicking Remove twice to complete the process.

## Steps

1. Click on Admin on the left pane.
2. Go to Account> Account access management.
3. Hit Add users.
4. Enter the email address.
5. Give Administrator rights to the added user.
6. Hit the Add button.
7. Now Delete the user whose access you want to transfer
8. Hit Remove
9. Click on Remove again and you are done.
