# How to Type on a Vector Path in Figma

> To type on a vector path in Figma, select the text layer and vector path, click Actions at the bottom, search for and choose To Path, configure the settings, and tap Link to add the text to the specified path.

## Steps

1. Inside your Figma design canvas, find and select the text layer and the vector path you wish to use.
2. Following that, head over to the bottom section and click 'Actions'.
3. Search for 'To Path' and choose it from the suggested results.
