# How to Undo in Asana

> To undo a deletion in Asana, go to Projects on your dashboard, click the task, and choose 'Delete task'. Then, click the 'Undo' button in the bottom left toast notification that appears right away to recover the task.

## Steps

1. On your dashboard, go to 'Projects'.
2. Click on the task you want to delete.
3. Choose the 'Delete task' option.
4. When you delete an item in Asana, you'll receive a toast notification on the bottom left of your screen to let you know something has been deleted.
5. You can recover the task right away by clicking the 'Undo' button.
