# How to Use Bookmarks in Power BI

> To save a report view in Power BI Desktop, set up your desired view, go to the View tab, select Bookmarks, and click Add in the Bookmarks pane to capture the state. Finally, click Publish to share your bookmark.

## Steps

1. Open your report in Power BI Desktop and set up the view you desire.
2. Go to the 'View' tab.
3. Select 'Bookmarks'.
4. Open the 'Bookmarks' pane and click 'Add'. A bookmark saves the current view of a report page.
