# How to Use DAX in Power BI

> To use DAX in Power BI, click the Table view after loading data, select New Measure, and write your DAX formula in the empty field. Click the check icon to apply the expression, then press Enter to finalize your new measure table.

## Steps

1. Once you have your data loaded, click on the 'Table view'.
