# How to Use Funnel Analysis in Amplitude

> To use Funnel Analysis in Amplitude, click Templates in the left-side panel and select Funnel Analysis. Configure the Events settings by specifying the Starting and Ending events. Click Save As Dashboard, enter a name and storage location, and click Save to view the funnel dataset on your new dashboard.

## Steps

1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Templates'.
2. Select 'Funnel Analysis' from the list of options.
3. Following that, configure the Events settings tab according to your liking. Simply specify the event you wish to use as 'Starting Event' and 'Ending Event'.
4. Once done, click 'Save As Dashboard' at the top-right corner.
5. Enter a unique dashboard name and pick your preferred storage location. Subsequently, click 'Save' to proceed.
6. After completing these steps, the dataset related to funnel analysis will be displayed on the newly created dashboard.
