# How to View Document History in PandaDoc

> To view document history in PandaDoc, navigate to the Documents tab and open your chosen document. Next, open the three dot menu and select Version history. Finally, view the timeline showing when the document was created, along with any edits made and by whom.

## Steps

1. Go to the 'Documents' tab.
2. Find and click on the document you want to check.
3. Inside the document, click on the three dot menu.
4. Click 'Version history'.
5. You are now able to see a timeline of all actions taken.
6. The 'Version History' will show when the document was created and if any edits were made and by whom.
