1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps" to begin setting up your integration.

2. Click "Trigger" to define the event that will start your automation workflow.

3. Search for and select "Airtable" as your trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event like "New Record" or "Updated Record" from the options.

5. Connect your Airtable account.

6. Select the base and table to monitor.

7. Run a test to ensure Zapier correctly detects the Airtable events.

8. Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" as your action app to process data from Airtable.

9. Select "Add or Update Contact" as your Brevo action to manage contact information.

10. Connect your Brevo account by retrieving your API key from Brevo's integration settings.

11. Map your Airtable fields (name, email, phone) to the corresponding Brevo contact fields for accurate data transfer.

12. Run a test to verify that Airtable data syncs correctly with your Brevo account.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automatic data flow between Airtable and Brevo.
