1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for Stripe and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Charge."

5. Connect your Stripe account and configure the settings (e.g., the specific event or charge you're monitoring).

6. Add Google Forms as the Action App.

7. Select an action event.

8. Connect your Google Forms account.

9. Fill in the necessary fields.

10. Run a test to verify the integration works correctly.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
