1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps" to begin building your Gmail-Brevo integration.

2. Click "Trigger" to select your trigger app.

3. Search for and select "Gmail" as your trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Email" or "New Labeled Email" based on what you want to monitor.

5. Connect your Gmail account or select an existing connection.

6. Choose the mailbox or label to monitor.

7. Run a test to ensure Zapier correctly detects new emails from your Gmail account.

8. Search for and select "Brevo" as your Action App.

9. Select an action event for Brevo, such as "Send Email" or "Add or Update Contact" depending on your needs.

10. Connect your Brevo account or select an existing connection if you've used Brevo with Zapier before.

11. Map Gmail data (like sender name, email address, subject, or body) to the appropriate Brevo fields.

12. Run a test to verify that Zapier can successfully transfer email data from Gmail to your Brevo account.

13. Looking good! Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start automating your Gmail-Brevo workflow.
