1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps" to start building an automated workflow that connects HubSpot with Brevo.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for and select "HubSpot" as your trigger app.

4. Choose your trigger event, such as "New Contact" or "Updated Contact" - this determines when your Zap will run.

5. Connect your HubSpot account.

6. Select "Continue."

7. Click "Test trigger."

8. Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" as your action app to receive data from HubSpot.

9. Select "Add or Update Contact" as your Brevo action to ensure your HubSpot contacts sync with your email marketing platform.

10. Connect your Brevo account - you'll need to retrieve your API key from Brevo's integration settings.

11. Map your HubSpot contact fields (name, email, company) to the corresponding Brevo contact fields to ensure proper data transfer.

12. Run a test to verify that HubSpot contacts are correctly syncing with your Brevo account.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automatic syncing between HubSpot and Brevo.
