1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger".

3. Search for Odoo and select it.

4. Select "New Lead" if you want to track new opportunities in your sales pipeline.

5. Connect your Odoo account when prompted and select the specific module you want to monitor.

6. Click "Action" and search for Brevo.

7. Select an action event, such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".

8. Connect your Brevo account when prompted. You'll need your API key from Brevo's integration settings.

9. Map Odoo data (e.g., name, email, phone) to corresponding Brevo fields to ensure proper data transfer.

10. Run a test to verify that Odoo data syncs correctly with Brevo.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
