1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" followed by "Zaps."

2. Click "Trigger" to set up the event that will initiate your automation.

3. Search for and select "Salesforce" as your trigger app.

4. Select a trigger event like "New Lead" or "Updated Contact" to monitor.

5. Connect your Salesforce account and run a test to make sure Zapier can detect events correctly.

6. Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" as your action app to receive data from Salesforce.

7. Select "Add or Update Contact" as your Brevo action.

8. Connect your Brevo account - you'll need to retrieve your API key from Brevo's integration settings.

9. Map your Salesforce fields (name, email, phone) to the corresponding Brevo contact fields to ensure proper data transfer.

10. Run a test to verify that Salesforce data is correctly syncing with your Brevo account.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automatic syncing between Salesforce and Brevo.
