Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for Formsite and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Form Result".

5. Connect your Formsite account.

6. Select the form you want to use.

7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the form submission correctly.

8. Add HubSpot as the Action App.

9. Select an action event, such as "Create Contact" or "Update Contact".

10. Connect your HubSpot account.

11. Choose the HubSpot list or pipeline where new contacts should be added.

12. Run a test to verify that Formsite form submissions are correctly added to HubSpot.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
