Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to start a new automation.
Click "Trigger" and select Google Calendar.
Choose a trigger event, such as "New Event Starts."
Authorize Zapier to access your Google Calendar account.
Select the calendar to monitor for new events.
Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new events in the selected calendar.
Add Trello as the action app.
Choose an action event, such as "Create Card."
Connect your Trello account to Zapier.
Choose the Trello board and list where you want the new card to be created.
Map Google Calendar event details (e.g., event title, description, date, time) to the appropriate fields in Trello.
Run a test to verify that new Google Calendar events trigger the creation of Trello cards.
Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate Trello card creation from Google Calendar events.
