1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Search and select 'Help Scout' as your trigger app.

4. Select a trigger event.

5. Connect your Help Scout account.

6. Map your trigger details and click 'Continue'.

7. Click 'Test trigger'.

8. Search and select 'Intercom' as the action app.

9. Select an action event.

10. Connect your Intercom account.

11. Configure the action details and click 'Continue'.

12. Select 'Test step'.

13. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
