1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to start a new automation.

2. Click "Trigger" and select for Trello.

3. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Message Posted to Channel" or "New Activity."

4. Authorize Zapier to access your Trello account by logging in.

5. Select the Trello board and list to monitor for changes.

6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects activity in the selected Trello board.

7. Add Slack as the action app.

8. Choose an action event, such as "Create Card" or "Update Card."

9. Connect your Slack account to Zapier.

10. Choose the Slack channel or user to send updates to.

11. Run a test to verify that Trello updates trigger the correct Slack notifications.

12. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the updates.
