1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for Microsoft Teams and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Channel Message" or "New Team Mention".

5. Connect your Microsoft Teams account and select the team/channel to monitor.

6. Add Discord as the Action App.

7. Select an action event, such as "Send Channel Message".

8. Connect your Discord account.

9. Map Teams message details (e.g., message text, sender name) to Discord message fields.

10. Run a test to verify that Teams messages are sent to Discord correctly.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
