1. Define the trigger event that will start your automation workflow.

2. Select 'ManyChat' to build automated messaging workflows.

3. Select which customer trigger event will initiate your automation.

4. Connect your ManyChat account to enable automated responses.

5. Click 'Test trigger'.

6. Select 'Facebook Messenger' as your messaging platform.

7. Connect the account you'll use to automate conversations.

8. Choose the action of sending messages from your Facebook page.

9. Define which data values will trigger your automated response.

10. Configure how messages will be processed in your workflow.

11. Click 'Test step'.

12. Hit 'Publish' to activate your Zap.
